Delivery Terms
You can check the stock availability of a product in real time on the product page on the right. This information is updated regularly.
Product availability:
In Stock (more than 3 items): The product is in physical store stock; it is available for delivery or pick-up from our premises: 221 Calea Vitan Street. The reservation of the products is made after sending the order.
Limited stock (limited quantity 1 – 2 pieces): The product is in the store’s physical stock; it is available for delivery. The reservation of the products is made after sending the order.
Out of stock: The product is not in store/warehouse stock and there is no information on delivery time.
Coming soon: The product is not in store/warehouse stock but should arrive in approximately 5-15 working days.
Prices do not include VAT and are updated regularly.
Delivery
Orders are delivered by Express Courier: Sameday (Courier company can also be chosen by the customer).
Orders placed by 14:00/16:00 (depending on the courier company chosen) will be dispatched the same day (if all the products ordered are in stock), and those placed after this time will be dispatched the following day.
Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will be shipped Monday.
At the time of delivery, the products are accompanied by the tax invoice, the receipt (issued by the courier company). The invoice replaces the guarantee certificate, and the guarantee conditions can be found on the website under Guarantee.
Delivery is from Monday to Friday.
At the moment we DO NOT deliver outside Romania.
Shipping charges vary according to the weight of the parcel and the shipping method and are borne by the buyer as follows:

IMPORTANT: Depending on the method of delivery and the place of delivery, the shipping cost is displayed (may differ from the above values).
Payments
Payment for products is made:
– By cash: Allows you to pay for your order at the time of delivery. The receipt is issued by the courier company. For legal entities the payment limit is 5,000 lei cash per day and for individuals the payment limit is 10,000 lei cash per day.
– Online with a credit card. To protect you and your customers, all transactions are verified both automatically using specific algorithms and by human operators to help prevent fraudulent transactions. Transactions are processed in the 3D Secure system.
