1.2. Actions such as reproduction, sale, exploitation, etc. in any way and without the consent of SC VLADISAB ECOM SRL are strictly prohibited.

2. Online selling

2.1 By registering an online order, the Buyer agrees to the form of communication (telephone and email), through which the Seller carries out its commercial operations.

2.2 The notification received by the Buyer, after placing an order, has an informative role and does not represent the acceptance of the order and the conclusion of the contract. The notification is made by phone or email. For justified reasons, the Seller reserves the right to change the quantity of goods and / or services, and will notify the Buyer by email or telephone. In case of an online payment, the Seller will return to the Buyer the amount of money paid.

2.4 For justified reasons, the Seller may refuse the delivery of the products to a Buyer, if based on the conduct or activity of the Client / Buyer, his actions could harm / have harmed in any way SC VLADISAB ECOM SRL.

3. Delivery and payment

3.1 After confirming the order, the Customer / Buyer agrees to pay the value of the products in the refund system (if he has chosen this method), plus the transport (if applicable).

3.2 The information requested in the case of online payments is subject to the conditions of use of payment processors, and SC VLADISAB ECOM SRL will not request and will not store any details regarding your card.

4. Return right

4.1 The legislation (Emergency Ordinance 34/2014) stipulates the consumer has the right to return the products, within 14 working days, without penalties and without invoking any reason. The only costs that may be in the customer’s responsibility are the direct costs of return of the products.

4.2 The Buyer / Customer must notify by phone or email that he wishes to return within a maximum of 48 hours of receipt of the product. The condition of return is that the product is in the same condition in which it was delivered: in the original packaging with all accessories and labels, without signs of use, assembly or disassembly.
