Return of delivered products and refund
Individual customers can request the return of products already ordered and delivered within a maximum of 14 calendar days of receipt. For this, please let us know your name, address and order number, at contact@babyish.ro or by phone within 48 hours of receiving your order.
The term of 14 calendar days is calculated from the date of delivery of the product; in the case of an order containing several products, the term of 14 calendar days is calculated from the date of delivery of the last product from the order.
In the case of legal entities, because they do not have the quality of consumer, we reserve the right to accept the return of the products and the establishment of their equivalent value as a goods advance for future orders or not to comply with the return request.
Returns of products are only accepted if the following conditions are met:
In case of acceptance of a return of products, a “storno” invoice will be issued.
Within a maximum of 30 calendar days from the receipt of the product, the value of the product will be returned to the buyer according to the conditions of this document.
The customer is responsible for the shipping costs regarding the return.
The amount related to the return is refunded to a valid bank account (in lei) opened in the name of the invoice holder, or to the account from which the payment of the returned product was made.
Processing of personal data in order to make the return
We will use personal data for the purpose of preparing financial-accounting documents, according to the legal provisions in force. In case you do not want to provide this data, the return of the products is not possible even if it falls within the return conditions presented above, as we cannot comply with the tax legislation.
SC VLADISAB ECOM SRL may refuse to cooperate with consumers who have abused the right to cancel the purchase. Their notification will be made prior to the imposition of restrictions on the sale of products or services.
